Popis služby

The service enables a person who has been granted an exemption in accordance with the European Union Coordination Regulations (EU Regulations) and is subject to the legislation of the Slovak Republic in the area of social security during the specified period of time to request the issuance of a portable document A1 (PD A1) on the grounds of the granted exception. Please note that if a person has been granted an exemption in accordance with EU Regulations and is subject to the legislation of two or more EU Member States (including the territory of Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom), the submission of PD A1 does not apply.
