The service is provided to applicants for a pension (old-age pension, early retirement pension, invalidity pension, widows pension, widowers pension and orphans pension) from the pension insurance of the Slovak Republic or from another State of the European Economic Area (EEA), from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and/or from the Swiss Confederation; if they reside in the Slovak Republic (SR) or were recently insured under Slovak legislation and are also citizens of a European Union (EU) state or reside in an EU state. To send the form via slovensko.sk, an ID card with a chip (eID) or another European document is required (https://www.slovensko.sk/sk/eidas/informacie-o-prihlaseni-cez-ei).
