In connection with the implementation of the Single Digital Gateway project, the Social Insurance Agency has created an electronic form ""Requesting information on the data related to pension from compulsory schemes"", which serves primarily for citizens of other EU Member States, i.e. those living outside the territory of the Slovak Republic. You can submit the e-form „Requesting information on the data related to pension from compulsory schemes“ by filling in the e-form with a chip-activated ID card (Application/Sign-in via eID).
