Frequently asked questions and answers

1. How can I set the notification of the expiration of the Roadworthiness and emission control?
If you have an ID with an electronic chip (eID card), you can log in on the Complex Information System for Road Transport - Electronic Services website and then you will see all the vehicles you have registered in your name. The notification is set once and applies to all vehicles you hold. If the vehicle is registered to a legal entity, you must be using the statutory´s eID card. Y
ou can set the notification for each car individually by entering the vehicle registration number and the registration certificate number part II.

2. I logged into the system without an eID card via the vehicle registration number and registration certificate number part II. I ordered the EC and TK. After logging out, it was no longer possible to log in without the eID card.
The system does not require login using an eID card. When you click on the "My zone" section, the portal will offer you the option of logging in via the eID card, but if you click on "Electronic vehicle service book" in the navigation, it will take you further to the "Vehicle overview" section, where you can enter authentication data (vehicle registration number and registration certificate number part II) and log in.
