Central customer service operators are available during workdays, from Mondays to Fridays from 08.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. at the phone number +421 2 35 803 083. From January 2017 operators are available on Wednesdays till 10.00 p.m. At any other period of time you can leave us a message on the phone with your contact data included and our operators will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can let  us know about your problems, comments, questions and suggestions by filling in our Contact Form. It is essential to fill in all the required fields of the form for us to receive your request. If your preferred choice is to get answer by email you receive a confirmation message with the number identifying your request to your e-mail address. In case you prefer to be reached by phone, please fill in your phone number. You can edit your requests through Contact Form even if they were already sent. After making sure your data is correct and sending us the form, the number of your request will be displayed on the website.
