1. Conditions for Registration
Conditions for Registration (Slovak/English).
To be registered, you must submit an application with attachments.
The registration can be done:
Electronically via the following service: Registration in the List of Economic Operators – natural person (only in Slovak) or Applying for registration in the List of Economic Operators – legal entity (only in Slovak). The applicants (persons authorised to act on behalf of the entity) have to sign the application form with attachments with a qualified electronic signature. The registration fee is EUR 33. If the attachments to the application form do not originally exist in electronic form, or if they have not been converted from paper to electronic form using guaranteed conversion, they have to be delivered to the Office in paper form.
In paper form using the application for natural persons and legal entities (the forms are available only in Slovak).
The registration fee is EUR 66.
2. Deadlines
The Office will register you in the list (only in Slovak) within 15 days from receiving the complete application form with the required attachments. The registration is valid for 3 years.
The Office will also send the notification of the registration to your electronic mailbox at www.slovensko.sk. To access your mailbox and use electronic services of the Office, you need to log in with your eID card.
3. Change of data
If you are already registered in the List of Economic Operators, you are obliged to notify the Office of any changes to the registered data within 30 days from the date the change occurred, and support it with the relevant document.
A fee of EUR 16.50 is charged for the registration of changes to the data.
