The electronic mailbox is established for subjects of the international law, legal entity without registered office in the Slovak Republic, or natural person, that is not citizen of the Slovak Republic and has no place of business in the Slovak Republic, upon request that is published at web pages of the Government Office and the Central Government Portal and within 5 working days since the delivery of the request.
The request is submitted by functions of the Central Government Portal and must be authorized by the applicant. It is possible to submit the request in the paper form that is sent to the address of the Government Office, in this case it must contain certified signature of the applicant. The electronic mailbox is established for every applicant free of charge.
